* Do- Ahead Tips- Prepare the steeping chickpeas / garden
green peas flour in 1.5 liter put some ice water for 2 to 3 hours. Before
cooking strain 1 cup of clear water from the top. *Steeping time 2 hours
1) In big pot, boil mixture water only using water from
the top, over medium heat, bring to boil stirring constantly. Skim of the foam
/bubble.
2) Add salt and ground turmeric. Let it boil
3) Low the heat down, slowly pouring thick chickpea flour
mixture to the pot and stir non-stop until the mixture like gluey.
4) Pour the hot thick tofu into a desirable shape, mold
or a tray. Let cool in the refrigerator until the tofu enough to hold its shape
( 10 - 15 minutes)
