It's all about Tofu/ ၿမန္မာ တို႕ဟူး

My new creation of yellow tofu recipes are low-fat and vegetarian foods that suit today’s healthier eating habits. SLFoodsgarden ရဲ႕ အသစ္ ၿပန္လည္ တီထြင္ ထားေသာ တို႕ဟူး သည္ အဆီ မတက္ သလို သက္သက္ လြတ္ ၿဖစ္ ၿပီး က်မ္းမာ ေရး ကို အထူးလိုက္စား ေနသူ မ်ား အတြက္ အထူး ေကာင္းမြန္ ပါသည္။ * Do- Ahead Tips- Prepare the steeping chickpeas / garden green peas flour in 1.5 liter put some ice water for 2 to 3 hours. Before cooking strain 1 cup of clear water from the top. *Steeping time 2 hours 1) In big pot, boil mixture water only using water from the top, over medium heat, bring to boil stirring constantly. Skim of the foam /bubble. 2) Add salt and ground turmeric. Let it boil 3) Low the heat down, slowly pouring thick chickpea flour mixture to the pot and stir non-stop until the mixture like gluey. 4) Pour the hot thick tofu into a desirable shape, mold or a tray. Let cool in the refrigerator until the tofu enough to hold its shape ( 10 - 15 minutes) ...
